Cancellations & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription of Ficura clinic management software at any time by accessing your account or by contacting our support team via WhatsApp or via the email contact@ficura.health

When you cancel your subscription, the service will be terminated at the time of cancellation. Any prepaid fees for the remainder of the yearly subscription period will be refunded based on months of usage left, excluding the current month of cancellation. There will be no refund of fees when you are on monthly subscription.

For eg: If you started yearly subscription on 1 January 2024, and decided to cancel on 15 September 2024, you will be refunded only for the remaining 3 months (October, November, December) and not for the partial month of September.

Please note that cancellations will not retroactively apply to any charges already incurred, and we do not issue credits or refunds for partial months of service. Please contact us for any concerns.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time, with or without notice to you. If we do so, we will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the service.
