Is there a Free trial? Who can avail it?Yes, there is free trial for 15 days. Any dental clinic using Ficura for first time is provided this free trial automatically.

Is payment required for free trial?No payment is required for free trial. We help you setup Ficura and you are free to use it for the free trial duration (30 days). Post this period you have to pay to continue using Ficura. However, any kind of communication costs (sms or WhatsApp) incurred during free trial is chargeable.

What are the subscription plans?We offer 3 subscription plans, depending on the needs of your clinic. Payment period is on monthly/annual basis. You can choose to upgrade to any higher plan and avail more features at any time.

What payment methods are accepted?We accept UPI, NEFT/IMPS, Credit Card, Debit Card for subscription payments.

Do I need to pay for patient communication such as emails, WhatsApp, sms?Ample free messages (emails, sms and WhatsApp) are included in every subscription. However, depending on the dental practice size and patients communicated, additional usage fee may be applied and be billed monthly.

Is my data secure? How is it kept secure?Your data is completely yours. Even if you cancel the subscription you have full access to your data and can choose to get a digital data file for it as well. We never share your data with anyone. We use the data to provide you analytics and reports to help you grow. Contact or personal information on your workspace is not used unless to help you with your business needs (such as engagement, retention and campaigns). What happens to my data when I cancel my subscription?You can still access your data even after cancelling your subscription. Your access to make changes, updates or any automatic tasks from Ficura are stopped on cancelling subscription. You can also choose to get a digital data file for all your data at any time.

Is there Customer Support available?Yes, our support team is available 24x7 to address any questions, concerns or technical issues that may arise. We offer support via email and phone. Please note that responses may be slightly delayed outside of working hours. Our working hours are from 10 am - 6 pm, Monday to Friday.

Are there any tutorials or training materials provided?Ficura is quite easy to use. However, we provide hands on training to the entire team during onboarding. There are also tutorial videos provided in the Resources section.
