Please do not share Personal Data of other individuals with us unless you have their permission to do so.

Ficura® uses a HIPAA-certified cloud datacenter that is protected by physical security measures that combine high-technology and traditional security measures to protect sensitive personal information. The facility is carefully monitored for potential threats by expert cybersecurity personnel. All cloud data is protected by multiple layers of security, including redundant firewalls. Daily backups are performed, and data is stored in a secure off-site location, allowing for data recovery in the case of a catastrophic event or natural disaster.
How We Update This Privacy Policy:
We reserve the right, at any time and without notice, to add to, modify, or update this Privacy Policy. Such changes will be posted on the Ficura Site and will be effective immediately upon posting. If the changes are significant, we may provide a more prominent notice.
